FIRST GENERATION
John founded JTR out of passion and friendships. He has a dream and love for racing. John manages the team, although he prefers being known as a driver. He has driven everything from drag racing, circle dirt track to off-road racing. However, his favorite race is the Baja 1000.

Jim Nance
Tony is a founder of JTR Racing. He has been an active driver and engineer machinist since. However he has been racing autocross and road course since 1986. He helped lead JTR racing to a dirt track championship in 2003.

Dave Jolliff
Mike, owner of North West Autofab builds hot rods for a living. He has been active in racing since riding Arenacross in 1983. A few years of Arenacross led him to off-road co-driving. He joined the JTR racing team as a driver in his first trip to the Baja 1000 in 2017.
